This Privacy Notice covers the information concerning what Cheese Wheel Communications Group Pty Ltd t/a My PR Partner and CRC Public Relations (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and retains when you access www.myprpartner.com (the “Site”), use or subscribe to our products and services, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the ‘Services’).

Subscription services, purchases of goods and services and event registration

For any subscription purchases, event registration and other purchases through the Site we use Stripe, a subscription payment portal. Stripe retains your Order Information when you for recurring subscription or other payments as per our Subscription Terms and Conditions and the subscription plan, services or event registration you selected at checkout or have agreed to directly with us.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Notice, we are talking about any information that is capable of being personally identifiable to you including but not limited to Device Information and Order Information.

Surveys

You have the option to participate in surveys to get the maximum results from My PR Partner. If you complete our surveys, you will provide us with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your answers to our survey questions
  • Any other information that you may choose to provide to us in the comment field

We use our surveys to further tailor our services, training and resources to your training needs and collect your feedback to improve our Services. Participation in our surveys is voluntary. You have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. If you outline any issues and/or request our help in our surveys, we may reach out to you to resolve your concern.

For example, when you submit information requesting our public relations services, we will request your contact information and other information to reach you and further discuss your inquiry. We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for the online delivery of products or services, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Please provide us with as much detail as you can about the particular information you wish to access or correct, in order to help us retrieve it.
