We can invoice you for annual subscriptions on the support and partner levels only. Annual payments on other levels must be through the website via credit / debit card.

You can upgrade your subscription level or add an elective at any time, however this will be considered the commencement of a new 12-month subscription, as each level offers different resources over the year of subscription. Please see our terms and conditions for details.

Unfortunately you are unable to downgrade to a lower level before your annual renewal because you may have already received benefits only available at the higher level. However you can downgrade for the following year after renewal.

Both of these levels allow for a personal relationship with CRC Public Relations and regular, ongoing PR support. These levels are ideal for a business or non-profit organisation who wants a relationship with a PR company without the usual costs. For an affordable monthly budget any business can now engage CRC Public Relations through My PR Partner.

My PR Partner is an annual subscription-based service, which means that your plan continues and cannot be cancelled for 12 months from the start date. You can cancel your auto renewal at any time during your plan term, however your plan will continue for the duration of the 12-month subscription. All monthly instalments remaining as part of the subscription are required to be paid either monthly or in full. We will continue to provide all agreed resources, training and services under your subscription until the end of the originally agreed annual subscription period. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

All events are recorded and provided in your subscriber portal for viewing or download, so if you cannot attend you won’t miss anything. But if someone else would like to attend in your place as well, no problems. 

You will receive access to the first month’s training and resources for your program for 10 days before you are charged.

Free trial requires registration with a valid credit or debit card. You will be charged the full amount of your chosen annual subscription level on expiry of the free trial unless you cancel within the 10 day free trial period by visiting your subscriber dashboard. All plans are by annual subscription which can be paid annually or by monthly instalments. Rates exclude GST.
