He has assisted state and federal industry and professional associations across Australia, New Zealand and the USA for 15 years, spoken at numerous association forums and conferences, and trained executive teams, boards and staff in the art of effective communication and strategy. Lyall intimately understands the dynamics of associations and their members, and has assisted many to be the public voice of authority in their sector, create national media profile and campaigns, successfully influence government policy and legislation to benefit members, and retain and increase membership.
