Public relations (PR) and other services and products
  1. Some subscription level options include public relations services by CRC Public Relations, including phone and email support, on-call issues and crisis communications support, media training, and other products and services. While some of these options include a set number of maximum hours over a period of time, the timing and allocation of these hours are at our discretion, and dependent on our availability.
  2. Some subscription level options include access to special PR consultancy rates from CRC Public Relations for additional public relations support over and above that allocated in the subscription level. This rate is 10 per cent below our standard hourly rate and standard crisis communications hourly rate. These rates can be provided upon request to info@crcpr.com.au. Any additional work is payable in advance in ten-hour blocks prior to work commencing. Unused hours will be refunded.
  3. In regard to public relations support as part of or in excess of the subscription allocation, we acknowledge that your reputation is of crucial importance to you. In providing our Services for you, it is expected that you provide us with any initial and ongoing information required to fulfil our brief. We are committed to maintaining your confidentiality, and will not divulge any information which you have provided to us, or that we have obtained from any other source apart from the purposes of fulfilling our brief, where required by law, or where you have instructed us to do so.
Intellectual property
  1. Any of our training material, resources, plans and policies that are prepared and provided to you under any of our trading names as part of our work done for you, or any other work done for you with an intended purpose, are provided to you only for its intended purpose and internal use within your business, and must not be forwarded to any third-party.
  2. You agree not to use our aforementioned plans, policies and any other work done for you for any purpose outside of its intended purpose, or outside of your business.
  3. All logos, icons, brand names or service names that identify us, the owner and operator of this website, are our copyright property or our trade marks or service marks. All other trade marks or service marks on this website or its contents are the property of their respective owners. Billing
  1. Annual subscriptions paid by monthly instalments will be paid in advance by direct debit of your credit card each month on the first day of your billing cycle, which commences on the first day of your subscription (after any trial period). The annual subscription commences after the trial concludes and does not include the trial period.
  2. Annual subscriptions paid annually will be paid in advance by direct debit of your credit card on the first day of your billing cycle, which commences on the first day of your subscription (after any trial period). The annual subscription commences after the trial concludes and does not include the trial period.
  3. Annual subscriptions paid annually for the “Support” or “Partner” levels may be paid by invoice. If the “pay annually” and “invoice us” options are chosen for these two levels, we will issue you with an invoice that is due within seven (7) days or on the first day following the end of the trial period, whichever is the longest time period. If this invoice is unpaid the Services will not be delivered and no further trial period will be provided in the future. The annual subscription commences after the trial concludes and does not include the trial period.
  4. If you have received a free 10-day trial, your payments will automatically commence on the first day following the end of the trial period. This will be the 11th day following the commencement of the trial period.
  5. If your subscription includes a 10-day trial period you have agreed to commence an annual subscription (paid annually or monthly) commencing the first day after the end of your trial period unless you cancel the trial period by midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time on the final day of the 10-day trial period.
  6. Cancellation of the trial period must be through the member portal on the Site.
  7. If any of your details change, including address, payment details or contact information, it is up to you to correct these details on your member portal on the Site. If you cannot, you must notify us by email of these changes.
  8. If your payment method fails to complete the payment, we will attempt to complete the payment up to four (4) subsequent times within the following seven (7) days. After this time, if the payment continues to fail we will terminate your subscription and no refund will be provided for the unused portion of time. If you are paying by monthly instalments you will still be liable for the balance of those months still to be paid. You will be able to resume your subscription once you have provided us with updated payment details and payment recommences. In this instance, time lost will not be made up and your original subscription end date (and therefore renewal date) will remain the same.
  9. At any time you are able to upgrade your subscription level, however this will be considered the commencement of a new 12-month subscription, as each level offers different resources over the year of subscription. In this situation, all resources, training, support or events that were a part of the original subscription – used or unused – will cease and those offered at the new level will replace them. No credits will be offered for resources or Services that were unused under the original subscription level.
  10. Any upgraded subscription will be effective from the next billing cycle if the original subscription level was being paid by monthly instalments. If the original subscription level was being paid annually, a credit will be issued for the unused portion of the original level on pro-rata time basis (each month being a twelfth of the total amount), against the annual subscription for the new upgraded level, and you will be invoiced the difference. The new subscription will commence from the next billing cycle subject to payment of the invoice by that date.
  11. Subscription levels cannot be downgraded until the completion of the annual subscription.
Pricing
  1. If subscription rates change we will notify you prior to your renewal date. Any changes in price will come into force from the renewal.
  2. All prices:
      1. are in Australian dollars; and
      2. exclude GST unless clearly stated.
  3. GST will be automatically added to your subscription or other services and products at checkout.
