This elective helps industry associations become the publicly recognised voice of their industry and develop the messages that cut through with key stakeholders and make their members loyal advocates for their association. It also assists them to protect and enhance their industry’s reputation.

Trainers and guests will include experts in PR, social media, publicity, reputation management, and crisis communications who understand the specific needs and objectives of industry groups and work alongside and within associations.
